This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of American Founders & Leaders Community LLC, a Texas limited liability company (doing business as Aureum Leaders Circle) (“Aureum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies when you interact with our websites (including aureum-circle.co and any members portal such as members.aureum-circle.co), applications, community spaces (including private and public messaging channels), events (online or in-person), and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent for certain processing activities.
Note:Aureum is a curated, relationship-driven community. Discretion is part of the culture—but this Privacy Policy addresses data protection practices (not a blanket confidentiality agreement).

Name, email, phone number, mailing address, and assistant/contact details where relevant (e.g., for scheduling).
Membership application and profile data

Community and participation data
Your participation in events, member introductions, groups/chats, RSVPs, attendance confirmations, feedback, and community interactions.

Messages you send to us (email, forms, DMs), support requests, and correspondence.
Marketing and preferences data
Communication preferences and how you interact with messages (e.g., email opens/clicks where enabled).
Payment and transaction data
Billing details and transaction history for membership dues and paid events. Payment card details are typically processed directly by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) rather than stored by Aureum.
Sensitive information (if you choose to provide it)
Some applicants or members may voluntarily share information that could be considered sensitive (e.g., background details). We do not require sensitive data for membership. If we process sensitive data where legally regulated, we do so with appropriate safeguards and, where required, your explicit consent.
Other information
Any other information you provide that is not listed above will be used consistent with this Privacy Policy or as disclosed at collection.
B. Information we collect from third parties
We may receive information from:
Referrers / nominators
Members may refer or nominate prospective members. The nominator must have permission to share your contact details. We may tell you who referred you.
Public sources
Professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and publicly available information used for application review and community curation.
Event and platform partners
If you RSVP through a third-party tool or attend a co-hosted event, we may receive registration/attendance data from that provider or partner.

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only as described below:
A. Within the Aureum community (member-to-member sharing)
Because Aureum is a community, some profile and participation details may be visible to other members depending on your settings and the specific feature (e.g., member directory, introductions, event attendee lists, private groups). We encourage you to share only what you’re comfortable making visible to other members.
B. Service providers (processors)
We share information with vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM/email delivery, event registration tools, community platforms, customer support, and payment processing). They may use personal information only to provide services to us under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
C. Event partners and co-hosts
If we co-host an event with a partner or sponsor, we may share limited information relevant to that event (e.g., RSVP list) only where disclosed at registration and/or where you opt in or law permits. Partners’ own privacy practices apply to their use.
D. Professional advisors
Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants, where necessary.

Operating the Services, membership administration, community safety and curation, event operations, analytics, marketing (as permitted), and legal compliance.
“Sale” / “Sharing”
We do not sell personal information. We also do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the CPRA sense based on our current practices.
